Every enquiry gets read and answered the same working day, even when the answer is a question or a no. If the work is not ours to take, we say so rather than quoting badly.
What to include, and what we cover.
The fastest replies come from a message that says what is happening now and what you want to be happening. “Our site gets visits but nobody calls” is more useful than a list of features. If you already have a brand, a domain, or a previous agency’s files, say so — it changes the scope before anyone quotes.
We work across branding and identity, website design and development, Shopify stores, landing pages, SEO, Google and Meta ads, social media management, content and reels production, video editing and product photography. You do not need to know which of those you need; describing the problem is enough, and we will tell you if the answer is a service we do not sell.
The practical ones.
How fast will I get a reply?
The same working day. If something sends outside working hours it is answered the next working morning.
Is there a minimum project size?
There is a practical one: work that needs a website, an identity or a month of content is worth taking. A single banner at the cheapest possible price usually is not, and we will say so.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. Communication runs over WhatsApp and email, and calls are scheduled around your timezone.
Can we talk before anything is quoted?
Yes — book the strategy call. It is a conversation about the problem, not a sales pitch, and you leave with a view whether or not we work together.
What if my website or brand already exists?
That is common. We start from what is there and what is failing about it, which is usually cheaper and faster than rebuilding from nothing.
Where do job applications go?
Open roles and the application form are on the careers page. CVs are emailed directly, not uploaded through a form.
